Bag requires approx 3-4 x 100 litre bags of beans or 3-4 x 3kg bags of foam (not included), however, we recommend using both foam and beans as the foam is quiet and soft, while the beans give some structure, and the foam also helps to preserve the beans. Then half each mixture for an even fill.
